Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Encoder. As a Logistics Encoder, you will play a vital role in our operations by accurately inputting and managing data related to our logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Input and maintain accurate data into our system
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in logistics or data entry is a plus
