Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager Assistant to support a logistics company. The role involves making high-volume calls daily to drivers and assisting the logistics manager with various tasks.
Setup:
- Office-based
Offer:
- Php 175 / hour
- HMO (after 6 months)
Requirements:
- At least B2 English proficiency (Verbal and Written)
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Call Center Agent, voice campaigns.
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing E-commerce or Logistics accounts, especially with Amazon or Alibaba brands.
- Willingness to handle large call volumes both inbound and outbound.
