Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Track quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve problems and supervise the team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Analyze data, maintain metrics, and implement improvements
- Ensure timely RTV pull-out and intra-warehouse transfers
- Identify process bottlenecks and provide resolutions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills, and experience requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics/Transportation Operations
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive
- Interpersonal, conflict management, and teamwork skills
- Impact-driven with a desire to bridge income inequality
- Understanding of the supply chain and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
