Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics/Customs Brokerage
- Proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in handling all logistics documents accurately
- Proficient in inventory management and control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance logistics operations
- Monitor and manage the logistics budget
- Ensure the integrity of import/export documentation (Bill of Lading, Form E, Invoice/Packing list)
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain records
- Negotiate rates and contracts with brokers, warehouses, and service providers
- Organize, store, and monitor the distribution of vehicles/units
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles/units to the correct destinations and dealers
- Monitor flow and stock control
- Evaluate team performance based on KPIs
- Provide regular feedback to superiors and discuss relevant concerns
- Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct, Ethics, and labor regulations
- Handle other related duties as required

Salary: Php60,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
