Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least a graduate of a 4-year course related to Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Customs Administration, or Supply Chain courses.
- Experience or knowledge of Aviation/MRO industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Import Responsibilities:
- Ensure aircraft maintenance operational requirements are met.
- Monitor all incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain proper documentation.
- Update and monitor the DSS for the preparation of the on-check phase.
- Ensure data reliability of all shipments.
- Coordinate shipments with nominated forwarders.
- Handle IP approval and monitoring.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate shipping information.
