Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee fulfillment, inventory control, and last-mile delivery for our e-commerce division. You will lead operations teams, optimize warehouse layouts, manage carrier relationships, and establish KPIs to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.
- Responsibilities: demand forecasting, process standardization, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional coordination with customer service and supply chain.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in e-commerce logistics, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with WMS/TMS, and a results-driven mindset.
