Job Description
Operational
- Monitor deliveries and pick-ups to ensure items delivered to customers are complete, in good condition and on time
- Must have experience in developing delivery schedules and shipment strategies
- Communicate with Sales team all delivery concerns
- Review and look for third party logistics to support delivery needs in different areas
- Monitoring and checking of Trucks, scheduling of Preventive maintenance
Systems and Processes
- Manage and ensure department costs are within target
- Ensure current policies and standard operating procedures are followed
- Optimize logistical operations by consistent review and evaluation of current processes for improvement and/or to prevent issues
People Management
- Ensures tasks are completed on time and according to policy
- Delegates tasks for optimal team performance
- Develops logistics personnel through coaching and mentoring
- Addresses team members’ issues and concerns
- Performs assigned tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
