Job Description
The Operations team at Shopee oversees the end-to-end operational process, ensuring seamless transactions on the platform. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with various teams. Join us to contribute to Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud operations.
- Assess and initiate improvements for escalations across functions
- Resolve escalations within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills in logistics, warehouse, and transportation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent soft skills for maintaining relationships with partners
- Flexible working hours and quick response to operational needs
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
