Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and distribution activities, optimize inventory flow, and lead warehouse staff and drivers. Core responsibilities include scheduling, performance monitoring, safety compliance, continuous process improvement, and coordination with procurement and transport partners.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in logistics supervision, proven leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical: Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Attributes: Commitment to on-time delivery, cost control, excellent communication, and ability to perform under pressure.
