Job Description
As a Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the logistics department. Your role includes managing logistics personnel, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
You will need to provide guidance to the team, monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain quality standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required. A bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications may be preferred.
