Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistics Sales Officer to join our team. As a Logistics Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in the logistics industry
- Pitching and presenting our company’s logistics services to clients
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
- Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Providing after-sales support and addressing customer concerns
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential.
