Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To drive successful and efficient planning of delivery, customer concerns, and delivery cost efficiency
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and analyze the logistical function/supply chain
- Compute reporting metrics like on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates
- Devise strategies for cost-effective and profitable functions
- Conduct performance review of 3PL partners
- Conduct budget planning and savings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2 years of retail/supply chain/customer service/logistics operations experience
B. COMPETENCIES
Technical:
- Knowledge in Inventory/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in end-to-end retail operations and budget planning
Soft:
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
