Job Description
· Ensures that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with the policy and procedures.
· Establishes and maintains inventory and stock control system for all materials.
· Monitors and manages the Daily Contractors Work Reports (DCWRs); Organizes and maintains records of inventories up to date.
· Has strong organizational skills and attention to details.
· Responsible for ordering and replenishing materials from PLDT; responsible for the allocation of materials to be distributed amongst the areas.
· Ensures to provide accurate information, validates completeness of DCWRs.
· Responsible for reconciling stocks and materials using the completed DCWRs of all technicians.
· Day-to-day warehouse duties in support of the daily operations like receiving, releasing, and storing of materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 per month
