Job Description
Principal purpose of the position:
To assist the Distribution Supervisor in location monitoring of GBPI & 3rd party truckers, monitoring shipping items, ISO documentation, and related Distribution functions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares accurate records of Truck Assignment Monitoring.
- Analyzes Truck Tray allocation daily and cascades it to delivery and feeder crew.
- Monitors trucker’s punctuality in terms of target arrival and departure time.
- Prepares and maintains IS0 & HACCP records, performance reports, and compliance reports.
- Performs other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- College Graduate in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- 1 year relevant experience is an advantage.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work extended hours and holidays.
