Job Description
Responsible for all supply chain management duties including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, and organizing storage.
- Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation services.
- Plan and monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Organize the warehouse, label goods, plot deliveries and process shipments.
- Immediately respond to any issues or complaints.
- Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are correct.
- Keep track of slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of the department.
- Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Management course or related course.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience as a Logistics Supervisor or Officer in a warehousing or manufacturing company.
- With knowledge and skill in the use of database or inventory system like SAP or ERP system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good time management skills.

Experience:
- Logistics Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred).
