Job Description
The Position
As a LOS Admin Support Specialist at BI Business Services PH, you will handle user requests and support dossiers within agreed SLA with urgency and accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor My Services Ticket/Requests
- Maintain Learning Management System (LOS)
- Provide high-level support and troubleshooting
- Update customers proactively
- Ensure timely completion of requests
- Ensure service quality
- Run Reports
- Adhere to Quality Handbook and SLA
- Comply with Service Set-up Plan & Documents
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Learning Management tools like LOS
- Experience in Business Service Center for global clients
- Knowledge of GxP related environment is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Reporting and Data Analytics skills
- Project management skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
