Job Description
We are currently looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in preventing theft and minimizing losses through the implementation of security measures and active monitoring of store operations.
This position involves conducting regular audits, observing customer behaviors, and working closely with law enforcement when incidents arise. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as you will interact with both team members and customers regularly.
The ideal candidate should possess a sharp eye for detail, the ability to quickly assess situations, and a proactive mindset towards loss prevention. Previous experience in retail or security is preferred but not mandatory.
