Job Description
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead efforts to minimize shrinkage, protect assets, and ensure a safe environment across our retail locations. The successful candidate will supervise a small team, conduct thorough investigations, implement prevention strategies, analyze incident data, liaise with law enforcement, and deliver staff training on loss-prevention best practices.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years in loss prevention or security; strong investigative and leadership abilities; excellent communication skills; keen attention to detail; and a flexible schedule.
