Job Description
As a Loyalty & Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement levels. You will analyze customer data, identify trends, and create targeted campaigns to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design loyalty programs, initiatives, and personalized experiences that resonate with our customers. Monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends are also part of your responsibilities.
