Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loyalty Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting customer loyalty through excellent service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
