Job Description
TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS, INC is looking for a Mac Expert to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing various strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrating product functions, specifications, and providing pricing information.
- Resolving customer inquiries, issues, complaints, and requests to enhance customer experience.
- Providing onsite support for software problems and presenting store guidelines.
- Developing a deep understanding of MAC OS and IOS.
- Documenting frequent issues and working with development on escalated issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php645.00 per day
