Job Description
Indorama Ventures Packaging (Philippines) is seeking a full-time Machine Operator in Brgy. Batino, Calamba, Laguna. Applicants must possess a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Mechatronic/Electromechanical or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum 2 years’ related experience required.
- Skills: operate plastic injection, caps/closure, or printing machines (HUSKY, SACMI, MOSS).
- Schedule: shifting (Monday–Sunday) with one rest day; on-site work.
- Compensation: from Php600.00 per day. Benefits include health, life, and accident insurance; non‑taxable allowances; company events; Christmas gifts; company loans; free parking; and opportunities for promotion/permanent hire.
- Application requirements: provide expected salary, years as a machine operator, and experience in plastic injection/plastics industry.
