Job Description
- Performs routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair
- Repairs broken or leak plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Works on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- Applies preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
- Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Arrange on paint building when old paint has become faded or chipped
- Perform regular service, maintenance, and repair work on a Forklift.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
