Job Description
Landers Superstore is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Clerk responsible for the smooth day-to-day safety operation and maintenance of all warehouse facilities, equipment, and its surroundings.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment regularly.
- Attend to minor and major repairs of defective equipment.
- Conduct weekly fogging to ensure cleanliness.
- Monitor the Sewerage Treatment Plant operation.
- Maintain janitorial supplies efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and common areas.
- Observe proper grooming and punctuality.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
