Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Reporting to: Senior Maintenance Coordinator and Head of Property Maintenance
Work Hours: 9AM to 5PM EST or 8AM to 4PM EST
The candidate will join a team of six, managing tenant maintenance requests and coordinating service calls. Responsibilities include utilizing property management software to ensure timely completion and billing of work orders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of North American real estate and property maintenance
- 1-2 years experience in the real estate sector
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in productivity software (e.g., Monday, Trello)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite
