Job Description
Anytime Cleaners is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Custodian to join our team. Responsibilities include general cleaning of the building, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and maintaining stocked restrooms. You will ensure doors are locked after hours, clean up spills, perform minor repairs, and notify management of major repair needs. Additional duties include collecting and disposing of trash, completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision, and coordinating with contract cleaning services when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,770.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Experience: Custodian: 1 year (Preferred)
