Job Description
Uphold the quality and standards of the organization
Strong engineering capability to improve productivity
Expertise in maintenance of centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, mechanical seals, and centrifugal blowers
Responsible for complete operation control of Utilities like Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, and Water Treatment Plant
Plan & Implement a complete Maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime or improve OEE
Strong Problem analysis & troubleshooting capability
Lead and guide a team of Senior Engineers, Supervisors, and technicians
Qualification: Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, Performance bonus
