Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager Representative to join our team. The Maintenance Manager Representative will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and supervision
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of maintenance work
- Evaluate and monitor equipment performance, making recommendations for improvements or replacements as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
