Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs janitorial job in the whole clinic.
- Keeps all facilities clean and in order.
- Maintains cleanliness of the clinic.
- Gathers customer feedback and reports results.
- Maintains adequate inventory of supplies in the department and requests replenishment as needed.
- Upholds 7S standards in the department and addresses concerns immediately.
- Checks all facilities of the clinic and reports any problems.
- Attends company or department meetings and training as required.
- Follows DOH and ISO guidelines.
- Participates actively in Quality Improvement related activities.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate
- Must be responsible
- With pleasing personality
