Job Description
As an All Around Maintenance Personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of properties owned by Global Strategy Real estate Inc. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical Work
- Property Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Preventive Maintenance
- Installation
- Collaboration
- Client Interaction
- Record-Keeping
- Safety Compliance
- Supply Management
- Flexibility
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of appliances, electrical systems, and property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of appliance repair techniques, electrical wiring, and building maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
- Certification or licensure in relevant maintenance or electrical fields is preferred.
