Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Personnel/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Maintenance Personnel/Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of our facilities.
Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, such as repairs, painting, and plumbing, to ensure the facility is well-maintained. You will also be responsible for routine cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the building.
Additionally, you will assist in ensuring the security of the premises, including locking doors and windows and monitoring surveillance equipment. You may also assist in coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Previous experience in maintenance or housekeeping is preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work is a plus.
