Job Description

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduates welcome!
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Qualifications:
- Replaces light bulbs and repairs light fixtures.
- Changes furnace and air conditioner filters and belts; scheduled oiling of motors.
- Performs major and minor remodeling tasks including painting.
- Surveys buildings and repairs mechanical systems.
- Maintains electrical systems and assists in setting up ventilation and refrigeration.
- Additional related duties as needed.
