Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs and equipment servicing.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Keep maintenance records updated.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; technical training is a plus.
- 1 year of maintenance experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php12,500 – Php13,500/month
