Position: Maintenance Staff

Location: Plaza 8 Litex, Quezon City
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff member to perform cleaning activities, minor repairs, equipment installation, and garden upkeep. The candidate will also conduct maintenance tasks, inspect safety systems, and collaborate with professionals during renovations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2 years of experience in a related field
– Strong knowledge of building cleaning procedures
– Physical stamina and excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
