Job Description
CITICIRCLE GROUP INC. is currently looking for a committed Maintenance Staff member to oversee all grounds duties, ensuring that outdoor areas such as lawns, gardens, and walkways remain clean and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Conduct plant maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Manage tree care by trimming branches and monitoring for pests.
- Maintain pathways by repairing cracks and removing debris.
- Oversee irrigation management by checking for leaks in sprinkler systems.
- Implement pest control measures as necessary.
- Operate power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any safety concerns promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php525.00 – Php600.00 per day
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in maintenance required.
License/Certification: Electrician Certificate required.
