Job Description
Location: Preferably can stay inside the resort located at Angeles, Pampanga.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on air-conditioning, water heaters, and more.
- Maintain records including repair logs and safety tags.
- Perform plumbing works and handle basic repairs.
- Oversee contractors for professional repairs.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues as necessary.
- Care for tools and equipment with a maintenance checklist.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 16,00.00 – Php 18,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance (Required)
License: Electrician Certificate (Required)
