Job Description
LYNVILLE LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff member to ensure our work areas remain neat and orderly. The ideal candidate will report to the maintenance head regarding resolved issues, those needing attention, and ongoing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must be a High School graduate or equivalent
- Male candidates are preferred
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and cleaning the girls’ restroom
- Must ensure all rooms are well cared for and inspected according to maintenance standards
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
