Job Description
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance on restaurant, condo, and Motorcycle.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
CAN DRIVE A MOTORCYCLE IS A MUST
WITH DRIVER’S LICENSE IS A MUST
Knowledgeable in Motor Parts is A MUST
- Proven maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Related technical college degree.
- Skilled in hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart and repair machinery.
- Experience with precision instruments.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Eye for detail and professional attitude.
- TESDA certification for electricity, painter or equivalent.
