Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Supervisor for our Blown Film Plant. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and machinery in the plant.
Your main duties will include conducting routine inspections, identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance services, and developing maintenance schedules and protocols. You will also be in charge of training and supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of industrial machinery and systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential, as you will be responsible for managing a team and liaising with other departments.
