Job Description
- Inspect sites regularly for issues and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work based on forecasted loads.
- Employ, supervise, and train workers.
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Comply with health and safety regulations on site.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and follow-ups on repair work.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
