Job Description
Educational Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external contractors.
Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage the maintenance budget and control expenses.
