Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Rebisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing weekly preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment, designing and estimating proposed projects, and ensuring regular check-ups of all machines in the plant. You will manage work assignments among subordinates, recommend modifications for equipment, and contribute ideas for operational improvements. The role also involves handling emergency work orders, requesting materials for repairs, evaluating subordinate performance, and ensuring the general safety of workers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining workshop cleanliness and monitoring on-site projects conducted by maintenance or contractors.
