Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service, efficient issue resolution, and prompt processing of warranty claims. Manage parts inventory, hire, train, and supervise a team of technicians to ensure cost-effectiveness. Communicate effectively with other departments, report on key performance indicators, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and plan strategically for growth and improvement.
