Job Description
Tim Ho Wan is looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to manage facility operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all building systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting periodic inspections of facilities.
- Creating and implementing weekly maintenance schedules.
- Overseeing the maintenance of building systems.
- Assisting in the development of the maintenance budget.
- Monitoring the inventory of materials and supplies.
