Job Description
Villa Amparo Garden Beach Resort is currently in search of a committed Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections throughout the hotel, coordinating routine maintenance, and managing repair projects with minimal disruption to our guests.
Key responsibilities include planning renovations, addressing emergency issues promptly, and implementing strategies to reduce operational costs effectively. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,015.07 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits include paid training, staff meals, 8-hour shifts, and a 13th-month salary.
