Job Description
DDC Land Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee on-site facility maintenance with emphasis on electrical and plumbing systems. This full-time role directs preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs while ensuring safety and operational continuity.
- Lead maintenance team; develop schedules, SOPs, and work orders.
- Monitor equipment performance; manage inventory and budget; coordinate contractors.
- Train and evaluate staff; read schematics; troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Require proven leadership, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Vocational/technical diploma and relevant certifications preferred. Salary: Php17,00–Php19,00 per month.
