Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CBRE Maintenance Technician to play a vital role in the upkeep of small to medium-sized buildings, as well as industrial systems and equipment. This position is a key component of our Engineering and Technical Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs consistently.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Assist in the installation and modification of equipment.
- Monitor work orders and ensure their completion.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Familiarity with critical equipment.
- Willingness to work a 6-day shifting schedule.
Note: Staff housing and shuttle service are available.
