Job Description
We are Techline Inc., a German-Filipino company engaged in the industrial and renewable energy business. With over 25 years of experience, we are located in a world-class industrial subdivision south of Manila, employing more than 100 skilled professionals.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The compensation package will be commensurate with qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for machine operations, including following work instructions.
- Maintain the quality and quantity of materials produced.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs, plans, and schedules.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and manage required parts.
- Address emergencies, unplanned problems, and machine repairs.
· Perform 5S and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
- Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
- Perform other duties as required by management to maintain and grow a profitable business.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (electrical, mechanical, or technology-related degree) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Technical knowledge, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Ability to Commute: Biñan City, Laguna (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Biñan City, Laguna – Relocate before starting work (Required)
