Job Description
1. Perform maintenance of electrical system (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.);
2. Schedule and perform manual repairs;
3. Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality;
4. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
5. Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure everything is working fine;
6. Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.
