Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Makati Store Staff. This position encompasses three roles: Cashier, Book Specialist, and CSA (Customer Service Associate).
As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You will handle cash and card payments, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a tidy and organized cashier counter.
As a Book Specialist, your main duty will be to assist customers in finding the right books and providing knowledgeable recommendations. You will be responsible for inventory management, shelf organization, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for book enthusiasts.
As a CSA, you will act as the frontline representative of our store, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer complaints professionally. Your top priority is customer satisfaction and building positive customer relationships.
If you are a motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for books, we would love to hear from you. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
