Job Description
Robinsons Land is actively seeking a Mall Admin Supervisor to ensure the seamless operation of our shopping center. This role involves monitoring facility conditions, implementing safety and sanitation protocols, and overseeing daily activities. The supervisor will collaborate with various departments and supervise maintenance staff to enhance the experience for both tenants and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail
- Prior experience in a commercial or mall environment is advantageous
- Experience managing maintenance and janitorial teams is preferred
